Welcome to Connect Biz. By accessing or using our website and secure messaging services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Service Acceptance and Eligibility

By creating a workspace or connecting as a client, you certify that you represent a valid, registered business entity in India, and that all credentials provided (including business name, phone, email, and documentation) are accurate and current.

2. Workspace Ownership and Usage

Organization admins have full control over their tenant workspace. They can invite, restrict, or remove employee agents, configure quick replies, select working hours, and manage document versions. The business workspace is fully isolated, and you are solely responsible for all message transmissions and files stored in your container.

3. Quotas, Upgrades and Credits

Services are billed flat-rate based on active package tiers. Message credits (for broadcasts and drip campaign triggers) are consumed dynamically when messages are successfully delivered to recipients. Storage space limits apply to all file attachments (images, PDFs, documents) uploaded to Bunny.net storage pools. Workspace expansions can be purchased via optional seat and storage add-ons.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to utilize Connect Biz services to:

Transmit illegal, abusive, or unauthorized content.
Distribute malicious executable binaries or scripts (e.g. .apk, .exe, .bat).
Spam or launch unsolicited marketing broadcasts to contacts without permission.
Circumvent workspace security measures or attempt data scraping.

Violations will result in immediate workspace suspension and profile termination without refunds.

5. Cancelations and Liabilities

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the account dashboard. CONNECT BIZ PROVIDES SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR STORAGE SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, CORRUPTION OF MESSAGES, OR DIRECT/INDIRECT DAMAGES STEMMING FROM EXPIRED OR SUSPENDED WORKSPACE ACCESS.
